QuoteSnug

Quote before the kettle boils.

Job, quote and invoice software for one van and one pair of hands. Send a proper quote from the driveway, turn it into an invoice with one tap, and get your evenings back.

£10 a month. One person. No seat minimum.

No card, no spam. One email when it is ready to try, and nothing else. See privacy.

Built for one-person businesses, not stripped down for them

Most trade software is priced and packaged for firms with staff. If you work alone, you end up paying for a team you do not have — or you are told you cannot sign up at all.

What it will do

Quote from your phone

Saved prices for the work you do most, so a repeat job is two taps.

One tap to invoice

An accepted quote becomes an invoice, carrying every line across.

Your name on it

Clean PDFs with your logo and details, readable in black and white.

Works with no signal

Draft a quote in a cellar or a loft. It syncs when you are back.

Know who owes you

One list, newest first. Paid, sent and overdue in plain words.

Records you can hand over

Export everything for your accountant when the taxman asks.

Being straight with you: this is not built yet

I am building QuoteSnug on my own, in the evenings, because I run a repair business and got tired of the paperwork. Nothing above is live yet and I am not taking any money.

What I want first is to know whether tradespeople actually want this. Leave your email and I will tell you when there is something real to try. If enough people want it, I build it. If not, I will not waste your time.

Better still, tell me what would actually help. I would rather build the right thing.
